Happiness - is it healthy?

Young adults...an in-between age.

In today’s media driven digitalised culture social media personalities tell us we should ‘live life to the full’, that we should ‘banish negative thinking’. Psychology self-help books offer quick fix solutions helping you to attain perpetual positivity; the message is clear that we should be ‘happy’ and that we must never feel anything less than awesome.

But what about young adults, the 22-30 year olds?
